Return Policy Overview

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Badebaljer (Bath toys)
  • Barnebassenger (Children’s pools)
  • Bassenger (Pools)
  • Flytemadrasser & Baderinger (Floating mattresses & Swimming rings)

Returns Process

  1. Submit a Returns Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Exchanges Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process as returns. Please indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.
